SBYMX Listing Compliance Manager

An internal-only workflow for managing and reviewing product listing information for our own seller accounts.

Purpose and scope

SBYMX Listing Compliance Manager is used only by our organization to manage our own seller accounts through the Amazon Selling Partner API. It processes product listing information—not buyer or payment data.

Internal use onlyThis application is not available for purchase, subscription, licensing, or use by external sellers.

Core workflow

The application supports review and controlled submission; it does not replace employee judgment.

Retrieve listing facts

Retrieve seller SKU, ASIN, listing title, product type, listing status, attributes and listing issues.

Review content limits

Review title length and product-highlight length, then classify compliant and non-compliant listings.

Prepare review reports

Export reviewable Excel reports and allow authorized staff to edit content manually.

Optional draft generation

An administrator-selected model API may generate draft wording from minimum necessary product fields.

Validate and approve

Human review is required before every change. Approved content is validated again before submission.

Retain control records

Maintain versioned backups, redacted audit logs and rollback snapshots without API credentials.

AI and human approval

  • AI generates drafts only and cannot directly submit or modify content in Seller Central.
  • Production write actions require separate confirmation by authorized staff.
  • The model provider never receives Amazon Client Secrets, Refresh Tokens or Access Tokens.
  • Administrators may choose not to configure or call any model service.
  • Listings already classified as compliant are not rewritten by default.

Data boundary

No buyer PIIThe application does not retrieve buyer names, addresses, telephone numbers, payment information, credit-card data or buyer PII from orders.
