2. Information collected through the public website
The website does not require registration and does not use tracking cookies, behavioral advertising or analytics scripts. Cloudflare or the hosting and network infrastructure may process basic access logs such as IP address, request time, requested path, user agent and security events. If you contact us by email, we receive the name, email address and message content you voluntarily send.
3. Amazon listing information processed by the internal application
The application may process Seller SKU, ASIN, listing title, product type, listing status, listing attributes, listing issues, redacted operational logs and version snapshots. Product-information sources include supplier catalogs, verified purchasing records, manufacturer references and internal product records.
4. Information not collected
The internal application does not retrieve or process buyer names, buyer addresses, buyer telephone numbers, buyer payment information, credit-card information or buyer PII from orders. Amazon Client Secrets, Refresh Tokens and Access Tokens are not included in webpages, exports, model requests or ordinary application logs.
5. Purposes of processing
Information is used to operate and secure the public website, answer direct inquiries, retrieve and review our own listing information, identify content issues, prepare review reports, support authorized manual editing, validate approved changes, maintain auditability and restore prior versions when necessary.
6. Data storage
Public website content and basic server records may be hosted on infrastructure used to deliver this site. Internal listing snapshots, exports and redacted logs are stored in organization-controlled systems. Credentials are held in Windows Credential Manager or equivalent secure storage and are not stored in website content or exported workbooks.
7. Security measures
Measures include HTTPS/TLS, access restrictions for authorized employees, data minimization, protected credential storage, redacted logs, versioned backups and separate human approval for production write actions. No technical measure can guarantee absolute security, so suspected incidents are investigated and credentials are rotated where appropriate.
8. External service providers and sharing
Cloudflare and relevant hosting or network providers may process limited technical data to deliver and protect this website. A model service is used only if an administrator explicitly enables one. In that case, only the minimum product fields required to draft listing content are sent. Buyer PII, payment information and Amazon credentials are not sent. We do not sell personal information and do not list a model provider until one is actually selected and used.
9. Data retention and deletion
Email inquiries are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records or satisfy legal obligations. Basic infrastructure logs follow the applicable provider and internal retention settings. Authorized administrators delete local listing snapshots, exports and logs when they are no longer required under internal retention rules.
10. International data transfers
Website delivery, email communication or an administrator-enabled service may involve processing in countries other than the location of the sender or our organization. Where applicable, we limit transferred fields and use the safeguards offered by the selected provider and required by applicable law.
